We're thrilled to announce that for the second year in a row, Owl Labs has been chosen as an Inc. Best Workplaces for 2021!

This year, Inc. held their sixth annual Best Workplaces awards, which honors workplaces that have been ranked highly by their own employees. These employees are asked to complete a survey on topics like benefits, trust in senior leadership, change management, and career development and Quantum Workplace and Inc. uses the data to rank all employers using a composite score of survey results.

At Owl Labs we take pride in our company culture and we could not be more pleased to be recognized for the strength of our employees. Additionally, we are honored to be included among such fantastic companies. 2020 was a challenging year for all of us, we are proud to be just one of the many organizations being recognized after such a difficult time.

Putting a Hybrid Team Culture First

I’ll let you in on the secret to our success: we take a hybrid approach to everything we do. From the schedules our top-tier employees work on to the tools they use every day, to the setup of our office, we always put our hybrid foot first on the path to success. Taking a hybrid approach is more than just how we work, but the backbone of our entire company culture.

So, as we approach the return to the office, we are putting this hybrid state of mind to the ultimate test. After a year of working remotely and living our best work from anywhere #WFA lifestyle, the time has come for us to decide when and how to return to the office. 

With 77% of full-time workers saying that after COVID-19, being able to work from home (WFH) would make them happier and 75% of these same people realizing that they were the same or more productive during COVID-19 while working from home, this transition back to the office has the potential to put companies around the world in a tricky position.

This year, as we return to the office, we are throwing away “business as usual” to be as prepared as possible for the hybrid and flexible near future.
