We’re committed to making more effective and equitable hybrid meetings through our connected device ecosystem – the cornerstone of which is the Meeting Owl 3. The Meeting Owl is our true do-it-all device that not only serves as a center-of-the-room camera but also pairs with other devices like the Owl Bar and Whiteboard Owl to provide holistic video-conferencing solutions for rooms of all sizes.
One of the nice things about the Meeting Owl 3 is how easily it can flex to different types of spaces. It can be placed on a table, mounted to a tripod, or even hung upside down from the ceiling, which allows it to work in a variety of environments.
Admittedly, we are a bit biased, so don’t take our word for it! Listen to our customers who are using our solutions to solve their real-world problems – like how the St. Louis Children’s Hospital uses its Meeting Owl to connect with patient families, or how the University of Minnesota uses Meeting Owls to stay connected across campus.
The Meeting Owl is designed to be easy to use, which makes it versatile enough to adapt to the needs of its users. This versatility means that Meeting Owls can enhance all kinds of different spaces. Let’s look at some of the creative ways our customers use their Meeting Owls to elevate their hybrid experiences.
The Classic Conference Room
Roche AV and The Deep Business Center both set up their conference rooms with a Meeting Owl at the center of the table. This is the most traditional way to use a Meeting Owl and is a classic for a reason. By placing a Meeting Owl at the center of a conference room table you ensure that your remote employees can see and hear everyone in the meeting, keeping them connected to their co-workers. It’s the next best thing to being in person.
Coworking Spaces
Unknown Charlotte in North Carolina and the Muskoka Collective in Ontario, Canada have both outfitted their coworking meeting spaces with Meeting Owls. The ease of use of the Meeting Owl makes it conducive to shared spaces – all users have to do is plug in their laptop, launch their preferred meeting software, and select the Meeting Owl as their camera and microphone.

The Classroom
Grand Valley State University (GVSU) put their Meeting Owl into “bat mode” and mounted it from the ceiling of one of their classrooms! Senior director of innovation and research at GVSU, Erik Kunnen uses this Meeting Owl to help iterate on active learning and remote learner engagement – holy effective hybrid-learning, batman.
The Courtroom
Mercer County, West Virginia put a Meeting Owl in their courtroom to provide more clarity for remote participants.
Town Halls
The town of Southborough, Massachusetts has integrated its Meeting Owl into local government meetings. While the Owl isn’t running for office yet, it is helping the Southborough community stay connected with their elected officials.
